SB 208 and SB 375 - Kansas Senate Judiciary Committee

Today I testified in front of the Kansas Senate Judiciary Committee against SB 208 - Abolishing the Kansas Death Penalty.  My wife, Missey, also testified.  My reasons for keeping the death penalty an option in Kansas are spelled out in my written testimony.  Below is my written testimony that was submitted to the committee:

Town Hall Tax Forum

Greg attended the Town Hall Tax Forum on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at the Ritz Charles in Overland Park.  Greg spoke with Congressman Todd Tiahrt, author/sponsor of the federal version of the Kelsey Smith Act.
